A written plan tailored to the work. Deliverables, timeline, and pricing. No vague hourly contracts.
03 /Build phase
Iterative delivery with regular demos and async updates. Cadence and length depend on the project.
04 /Ship & handover
We deploy, document, and hand over. Ongoing support is shaped to what the project actually needs, not a fixed retainer.
